The Application Process

Submit an Inquiry Form

Start by filling out our Online Inquiry Form at https://form.jotform.com/251536213363148. This lets us know you’re interested and allows us to connect with you directly.

Schedule a Campus Tour

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll contact you to schedule a personal tour of our campus. You’ll get to meet our staff, explore classrooms, and learn about our Christ-centered academic programs.

Complete the Application Packet

After your tour, we’ll provide you with an Application Packet that includes:

  • Student Enrollment Form
  • Medical and Immunization Records
  • Academic Records (if applicable)
  • Family and Church Information
  • Statement of Faith Agreement

Family Interview

Once your application is submitted, you’ll be invited to a Family Interview with our admissions team. This is a time to share your goals, ask questions, and make sure GVPA is the right fit for your family.

Enrollment Decision

After the interview and a full review of your application, families will receive an admissions decision via email. If accepted, you will receive instructions for completing online enrollment and tuition setup.

Welcome to GVPA!

Once enrolled, your child will be officially welcomed into the GVPA family! You’ll receive a new student orientation guide and information about the upcoming school year.

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of GVPA. You’ll be able to choose the program that you are interested in.

You will need :

  • Complete online application. Please check all documents carefully!
  • NON - REFUNDABLE $100 application fee. ($50 for each additional student)
  • Report cards from previous two years of school (If applicable)
  • Standardized test scores from previous two years (fcat, stanford, etc.)
  • Current evaluations and current I.E.P. (if applicable)
  • Teacher/Principal evaluation forms
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Current medical physical (During enrollment)
  • Current immunization records (During enrollment)
